My Swimming pool experienced.

My highlight was when I first entered the swimming pool. The water was so lovely and warm ,I just wanted to float and relax on the water with no noise. I really wanted to, But we had to learn lesson on how to swim. I wanted to stay there for the rest of the day. I walked outside, “ooh” I had goosebumps running all over me. “Zzz” My mouth was shivering, It was to cold to get changed. I was back in class. I am looking forward to go back again to have some more fun.

Maths

  • Homework
Show how you solve these number problems by using nearest 10 strategy
or x2 or x5 strategy.
  • 1. 4 x 9=36
  • 9 is closer to ten so change the nine to the a 10 4 x 10 is 40 then 1 x 4= 4 and then 40 take away 4 is
  • 2. 8 x 9=72 8 turns into a 10 because added 2 so 10x 9=90 and then 9 x 2 =18 take away 90 is 72. so answer is 72

3. 9 x 6=54
  • Change nine into a 10. 10 x 6= 60 and then 6x 1= 6 and then 60-6=54

4. 7 x 8=56
  • change the 8 into a 10. so 10 x7=70.7 x 2=14. then 14-70=56

5. 5 x 9=45
  • 9 into 10.10 x 5 = 50 the 1 x 9 =9 50- 5 =41

6. 9 x 7=63
  • 9 into 10 10 x 7=70 7 x 1 =7 70 - 7=
